After a tour guests will have eaten the equivalent of a large lunch. After the combined food and drink tastings as well as stops for historical, architectural and cultural insight, participants should feel comfortably full.

All are tours run 3 – 3 1/2 hours in duration and cover distances ranging from 1.4 – 2 miles.
The best time is at the beginning of your trip so you can revisit the area and explore with the confidence, knowledge and insight gained on the tour. We strongly recommend not booking a tour for the day you arrive by plane as flight delays\cancellations and Mexico City’s notoriously heavy traffic mean it can take much longer than anticipated to get in from the airport.

No, there is no waiting list if a tour date and time is sold out. However, there is a good chance an additional tour will be added on that day. Please contact us if you do not see availability for your desired date and time.

Yes, our Tacos & Helados tour in Condesa is for children 8+ (private tour required for younger children). If you are interested in a family food tour with children on one of our other routes please contact us to arrange a private tour.
No, if the child will not be partaking in the food tastings you do not have to purchase a ticket for them but please let us know at the time of ticket purchase if you will be bringing an infant/toddler.
We ask that tour participants refrain from shopping until after the tour so we can stay on our food tasting schedule and allow for historical, architectural and cultural commentary. Tasting location stops are scheduled so the food is freshly prepared when participants arrive.
Yes! Participants are encouraged to take photos and videos during the tour.

Yes, all tour attendees will have to purchase a ticket in advance. Ticket costs cover the food tastings as well as the wage of the tour guide who is providing interesting food, historical, architectural and cultural information during the tour.
You should wear comfortable shoes and bring a camera, sunscreen and an umbrella, weather permitting. An extra layer of clothing is recommended for cooler days. Most importantly, bring an appetite!
