Your guided Mexico City food tour will begin just west of Avenida de los Insurgentes near the Plaza Villa de Madrid. From there, you will embark on a 3 hour cultural walking and gourmet foodie tour showcasing 6 delicious food tasting locations featuring the best of the Colonia Roma culinary scene – one of the hippest neighborhoods in Mexico City. Tasting locations range from Mexican fusion foodie hot spots to traditional eateries preparing classic recipes using organic farm-to-table ingredients and specialty stores. You will experience interactions with friendly owners and staff to learn about Mexico’s food culture while supporting local businesses. At the end of the 3 hour food adventure in Colonia Roma, you will have enjoyed the equivalent of a hearty lunch. Your tour will begin just west of Avenida de Insurgentes near the circular Plaza Villa de Madrid where your guide will meet you. This plaza is easily identified by the Fuente de la Cibeles in the center of the traffic roundabout. After covering 1.58 miles the tour will end near Plaza Luis Cabrera.

By booking in advance you will increase the chances of getting the number of tickets, the date and the time desired. Walk-ups with cash will not be accepted.
The tour is held rain or shine. Please check the weather forecast in advance and dress appropriately. Please bring an umbrella, weather permitting. Tickets will not be refunded due to bad weather.
Colonia Roma Gourmet Foodie & Cultural Walking Tour: Yes, please notify us in advance at time of ticket purchase so we have time to arrange vegetarian (or vegan) requests with our restaurant partners.
Centro Histórico Taco Tour: This tour does not have vegetarian options so is not appropriate for vegetarians or those who do not eat pork and beef.
Condesa Taco Tour: Yes, this tour is vegetarian friendly but not vegan friendly.
Vegan Walking Food Tour: Yes.
You should wear comfortable shoes and bring a camera, sunscreen and an umbrella, weather permitting. An extra layer of clothing is recommended for cooler days. Most importantly, bring an appetite!
Yes, children are welcome on all our tours with the purchase of admission. However, the tours will last 3 – 4 hours with lots of standing and walking so please keep this in mind. Parents must decide whether the tour is appropriate for their child.
